    I was traveling to ************************** and PRE-PAID for two sailing tours--July 15th and July 17th. On the afternoon of July 15th, Captain ***** calls me and says since I am the only person who has signed up for the evening sailing tour he would have to cancel it because it was not cost effective for them to go out on a tour for just one person. He stated that I was also the only person who signed up for the July 17th tour so it was very likely he would be cancelling that tour as well. He very aggressively spoke to me about just letting them keep all my money and him sending me out out some other four hour wilderness tour, in which I had no interest. That is not what I signed up for and not what I had pre-paid for initially. At the end of the conversation, we agreed he would cancel my two tours and refund my money for both. It has been 16 days, and I still have not received a refund for either tour. Additionally, I have filed complaints with the credit card companies and they are contesting the charges as well.
