I hired them to come and remove some strongly rooted birds of paradise in my front yard on Oct 16, 2022. They did a good job in removing and hauling them away however during the job they cut into my irrigation wires which control my timers. ******* (who lead the project) told me he would come by and replace the 6-wire that he broke. I paid him $250 via Zelle for the landscaping work and trusted he would come back to fix what he damaged. After 5 text messages he finally came back on Nov 16, 2022 but brought the incorrect wire. He said he would be back soon. 9 text messages and 11 months later he still has not fixed it. He claims he has been busy and then it was raining etc. Im sure he was getting new business though when he should have completed the repair to what he damaged in my yard especially since he was paid by me. I have had to manually turn on my sprinklers ever since and being that I travel a lot, thats an inconvenience. I did finally purchase the correct wire myself and will eventually hire someone to fix it as I am not comfortable doing it myself. Hes been at my neighbors house over the last year and could easily have stopped by my home, including this past Sunday. But instead he had avoided me, not responded to my last 4 texts, and my last communication back from him was in March of this year. Im just annoyed that I paid someone who should be a professional and he did damage to my property and doesnt even have the integrity or customer service to repair it. Its been almost a year now. I feel its fair to report this poor service I received so others are aware. The wire was $20 at ********** and I have a bid for $50 from someone to come out and repair his damage. Ive been more than patient and given plenty of chances for him to make it right. I have text messages if needed also for reference. This is such a bad example of customer service. You should finish the job you started and were paid for, even if it means correcting your mistakes.
