1 starThis is a scam. They have no business profiting off of our public utilities. Absolutely disgusting. There is a scam late fee of $15.00 included on all invoices. And a fee to pay by credit cards? Like in office space can you tell me exactly what you do here again? Charging a fee to take payments for a payment company. I will never ever pay this company again. Now there is a $25 tier II/III collections fee. You can put all the fees you want I refuse to be taken advantage of by this joke of a company. My rent is sky high I am not putting up with mutltiscammer's BS fees anymore.Review fromDale G

I have lived in my complex for several years.my bill from the crime organization I'm just in one month of jump from amount ***** to ******. there is no customer service it's all about the money they cheat. I would ask a question and they couldn't answer it because there isn't an answer. They take advantage of people. The government is ripping us off now this low grade water company . I have call several times and email them. They don't care

1 starI received my first bill for $102.74 for 610 gallons but the bill stated theyre charging me for **** using a multiplier of 10. How can you charge me 20 the amount Ive actually used. I live in a senior apartment complex and were all being ripped and no one can give ** any answers. 1 starZero stars, absolutely the most disgusting example of a go-between company, they don't even operate in my state. My apartment complex was bought by a new company who then switched to MUC and my water/garbage **** went from $32 a month to $75. If I had a choice I would use another company, but I guess that's how they stay in business; you don't get a choice.Review fromJean B

1 starThese are scam artists in suits. Swimsuits, possibly. They're based in ******. Constantly trying to charge people late fees for bills that arrive after the due date. Sometimes they'll tell you there's no late fee, then add it after you pay without it. I can't tell you how much they ****. MAKE SURE they're not involved before you rent any apartment. I filed an official complaint with the BBB. Let's hope they do something.
