      I bought a wheelchair accessible van last year in February of 2021, it only had ****** miles. I was driving home with my handicapped son on the freeway and the van starting shaking vigorously. I was fearful for our lives honestly! Thankfully I was only about 2 miles from my home, but I had to keep putting it in neutral because any time I accelerated it would shake. I had to go about ******************** lights flashing. The engine light kept coming on and off. The next Mon., I had the vehicle towed to the Dodge dealership in **************** to find out what the problem was. Also, let me back up, a week previous to this, the drivers side sliding door lock was not working AT ALL! The vehicle is unsafe at this point. God forbid we were driving in it and something were to happen and I wouldn't be able to get my son out of the van, because the door won't open. So I took the van to the dealership for the shaking, it was determined that it was the fuel injection system! Holy cow, now there are only 37,+ miles on the van, how can this be? I have had it for only 16 months and put only **** mi. on it! Now today, the engine light has come on again and hard to start. It is rough driving once again. I have an appointment with the dealership once again on Wednesday. Last time, it took over a week to get the work done. Parts, etc. I get that, but I have been so inconvenienced. What to do in the meantime with no van for my son? This is too much, to be going wrong, on a vehicle with such low mileage! I told the dealer I wanted them to buy it back and I would purchase another vehicle, but to my surprise they are taking $20,000 off of the purchase price. Unacceptable !! How can a vehicle depreciate $20,000 in just 16 months and only adding **** added mi. the odometer? I am appalled!! I am willing to purchase a different vehicle as only a matter of time, I will be stuck somewhere where I can't get help, late at night and scared to stop!! Disappointed for sure!!
