    I have a reservation at 3/10 2pm. I have to reschedule it due to some members arrived late. The receptionist at ****** Sandbox VR gave ** an impatient service and gave us wrong reschedule information. While she was able to give a welcome service to a while female. I feels I got the bad attitude because of the race. I think the receptionist is a racist!!! Im looking forward for an investigation that Sandbox VR is not hiring any racist employees.

    We had previously visited the ********* location and for my husbands birthday, I purchased a $100 gift card that came with a $30 bonus card. We wanted to use them for the first week on Jan. So here is what went wrong: The gift certificates took forever to come thru email and when my daughter tried to book a date, the system would not accept the bonus $30 gift card! She then proceeds to book the wrong date (a sat versus sunday and She said that cancellations are not an option but that if you do not show up, that you would be charged a fee for no show but the rest would be refunded). That never happened. So she re booked for the correct date. When they arrived, I guess they were scheduled with 4 pre teens. Now I did not go when my husband and daughter went to the vegas location, but they did their time with just the 2 of them and thats what he wanted. So he asked the person at the San ***** location what could be done? Could he re book for later that day? They said they were booked but that we would get a voucher thru email and then we could re book. Ok great. It was incredibly expensive to do just the 2 of them but he wanted just the 2 of them. We have NEVER received vouchers or the refund that my daughter was supposed to get for part of the tickets she purchased for the wrong date. I have emailed Hellosandbox TWO times and explained what happened and that we have not received anything and NO ONE has returned my messages, even though I got an email acknowledging that they did receive it. This is VERY POOR customer service and I have been waiting for 7 weeks.
