    I was using voxox/cloudphone to forward and provide an 888 toll free numbers to my (survey/const) customers. Over a month ago, my line went dead. Just a busy signal. Weeks went by before I could get reply from voxox support saying it was all around and they were completely down with no eta to get back up. I have asked for them to deliver a LNP bill that would allow me to export my ************ toll free number to a different service (legally I believe they have to). They gave one response saying a request would be put in and I have not heard back in over a week since. Every day is crucial. I make my money at end of year and Im missing the time when I make 60% of my money and I have child support to take care of. This is killing me, please help! They had even still been charging me with no service up until I complained a few weeks back. They then put a credit on account but did not even remove my autopay! I am really confused with whats happening here as voxox comes up now as permanently closed on ****** but they are still holding my cc and 888 number. please advise with any assistance. Their support number is just a busy tone.

    Our company has been a customer of ********************** (Cloudphone) for over 8 years. 2 Weeks ago, we discovered that our incoming call service stopped working. We immediatrly visited their website, and submitted a ticket to have the problem resolved. A response was provided noting that there was a problem with 800 numbers, and it was being worked on, had been escalated and would be fixed as soon as possible. After waiting 48 hours and not receiving any further information, we contacted the company again to obtain an update. No response was provided. Over the next 10 days, we sent 5 additional messages, noting that this was greatly impacting our ability to do business and to communicate with our customers. Again, we received no response. Today, we attempted to call their support line, and were served a message stating that no technical support agents were available to assist, and to leave a message. There are two main issues here. 1. Voxox (Cloudphone) is unable to provide the base service of their business. They are a Voip phone service provider, and they are unable to provide us the service that we have paid for, for nearly 9 years. 2. There doesn't seem to be anyone working to address the issue, provide any transparent feedback, or is reachable in any way. We have attempted to work with this company, but they have failed to respond or correct the issue, and taking this path is an unnecessary route to attempt to get the company to provide their base services.

    Cannot get a hold of this business by phone after multiple calls, voicemails, and emails to their customer support. I am trying to port out my business phone number currently with them to a different service provider and Voxox/Cloudphone provided me with an incorrect account number for my account and refuses to provide the pin number for porting out. My account number is not listed anywhere in my account when I login online.
