    Was referred to them by our insurance company although we were ultimately cash pay. Unfortunately, I have very little positive to say other than a few of their employees were kind. Communication was horrible, timing was always delayed sometimes by months with no communication. The owner is disrespectful, unprofessional and took full advantage of our situation of not being physically present on the job site (we were stationed out of state). Multiples aspects of the job already needed to be repaired or replaced (its been less than two years) and i didnt even bother using their limited warranty. Decided I would rather pay to have it ****** than ever have to deal with them again. Stay away.

    I used them for an insurance claim to repair my home from water damage.. It took two months for them to even get started. They said it would be 6-8 weeks and it took 6 months. Their communication was terrible. They tiled the wrong bathroom. When they were "all done" I asked about my shower door to which they replied, what shower door. Replacing the shower door was common sense. After they were done, they harassed me for payment. Harassed by the president ******** I would have gladly paid for their services but they wanted to charge me 4% to use my credit card. Still waiting on remaining balance from insurance company. Now they threaten to take me to court. I've paid them $14000 in 6 weeks and owe less than $5000. Biggest regret was letting Nationwide use their people. Stay clear from them. They won't care about you.
