      Hired this company to work on my medical website in March of 2023. Fulfilled my contract but they AUTO-RENEW the contract as a part of their terms of service and then try and hold you hostage instead of having an amicable parting of ways after you've paid them what you owe.You will always hear excuses and DMM pointing to contracts. The fact of the matter is, anyone looking to work with DMM needs to understand that they're happy to take your money and a HUGE pain to disconnect from. They'll offer you amazing "perks" to stay with them (to keep taking your money) but if you decline, they'll thump their contract and squeeze every last ***** out of you.BEWARE of this company for medical websites. Doctors have enough things to worry about, they don't need to add unresponsive, threatening, and unprofessional marketing salespeople to the mix.

      Hired this company to help me with upgrade a startup of an existing website, extremely easy to open account with them, after that impossible to se any results of what they stated in the contract, over billed for more than 1500 dlls of the initial contract, trough marketing fees, did not see any results on that, the web page that was to be upgraded was never done, If you try to cancel that even worse no one will answer, customer service is non existent, filed a complaint with my bank and place a negative review on ******* that is when tell contacted me to retrieve my negative feedback and they would reimburse the charges..... my practice in Surgery.**************************

      This client signed a 6 month agreement on 8/31/23. The new website was launched in October 2023. In early February ******************************************************************************************************* house. They wrote that they were not dissatisfied with our services. In late February, client began leaving us multiple bad reviews in an effort to get a refund for services rendered. The contract was correctly cancelled per the 6 month agreement.

      I have been trying to cancel a subscription with this company for over a year. They did not provide the services I was told would be provided by the sales representative. Then they made it very hard to cancel. I had to email and give 30 days written notice AND then do an exit interview call which had to be scheduled on their schedule. And after all of that ** still getting charges. Only now Im getting charged more (twice per month) instead of once a month! This company has provided zero benefit and been very difficult to work with.

      This client signed a 12 month contract on 9/30/22. In return for the 12 month agreement they saved a total of $3600 over the term of the contract. In August of 2023, before the contract was completed, they attempted to cancel services, at which point they were informed that the contract lasted until October of 2023. We do have a policy of 30 days notice for cancellations, as well as completing an exit call to best coordinate the transition of a website. In this case, as it turns out, the client was not prepared to transition the website to their own hosting. On January 10, ****, the client agreed to continue to use our hosting services at a reduced monthly rate. As such, they have not actually terminated our services. We do not have any record of this client being overcharged. And due to the cancellation process that they are complaining about, they were able to keep their website up and running as opposed to having an interruption in their service.
