    What a fantastic company! Royas technical support team is truly exceptional. I never have to leave a message; theres always a knowledgeable and friendly tech available to assist me promptly.     Extremely disappointed with Roya's services. Over promised and way underperformed. They made it sound like they managed all our social media. In reality they only work with ******** and we have to do most of the work. They are supposed to handle all the *** for our website, but we have had to research and find outside sources to help us with *** because the website was missing so much, even on their internal platform. The website back end is horrible and confusing, makes it extremely time consuming to make any changes on our own. ****, our sales guy, told us we could downsize or upsize package anytime. This was a lie! We are trying to drop down to a smaller package and we are now told we have to stay at the higher package for 8 months. Don't trust anything they say or promise. There are a lot of better options, send your business elsewhere!
