More like shady business experts in the business of making money from customers. For the most part, they have no customer service skills, specially when asking questions via the chat. They're rude and words like thank you or have a good day are not in their vocabulary. In the quest to find a quality flood light my ****** search led me to the so called LED Experts. While, I did see some bad reviews having to do with customer service and shipping items, I ignored those and decided to order a light. The site tells you all in stock till you get the ordered item with a missing item. You call them and they tell you, yeah it's on backorder. So, fine, I waited and weeks later I got missing items.Next, I ordered a bracket for another light. Which was also on backorder as I came to find out later. Months went by and no bracket. I called to see if a bracket that normally goes on a 50 Watt light fits on a 90 ***** light. They said absolutely not. To kill my curiosity I did order the bracket anyway. I received the bracket from a different online retailer. Sure enough, the bracket for a 50 watt light fits perfectly on the 90 watt light. So, these people are shady. They rather sell you a complete light with a bracket as a kit which I didn't need a whole another light. ***** disgusting people trying to make money on customers by giving answers that make them them the most profit. Last experience with them was I called to ask about buying a motion sensor by itself since it's listed on their site. I asked if this sensor is compatible with another light that I have that is a brand that they don't sell. A generic flood light none other. They said it won't work which is a shady answer since most if not all sensors work on any light if the electrical rating is met of course. To an electrician, this is trivial. And after much testing, their motion sensor works on any of the lights I tested. So again, they want you to buy an entire light. So, I said, well, I'd like to place order for
