      I needed a windshield replacement so I dropped of my car to All Star Company to get my windshield replace and when I had return for my vehicle before even driving my car I notice my gear shifter coupler that is a safety feature for my car so my car wouldnt go into reverse on accident has been damaged and causing me to not able to go into 5th or 6th gear. I was then told by one of the workers to take my car to a mechanic to get it checked up on and theyll pay for the damages done to my car. After getting my car diagnosed they denied that they had anything to do with the damages they had done to my car. On the mechanic report they had said reverse cable has lost all tension dude to excessive force when attempting to put vehicle into reverse, I had already talked to the workers at All Star Company and they had openly admitted that they have never worked my model of car before and that they did not know my car came with a safety feature which you have to hold up before reversing the car. I also have dash cam videos of my vehicle driving perfectly fine on the highway to All Star Glass and if my car had been damaged before I would not have been able to drive my car on the highway at all due to 4th gear only able to go up to 40mph.

      called to get my windshield repaired on 9/16 was quoted a price of $470 which included the new windshield and installation. Once I went to my appointment on 9/19 I was told they broke my moldings and clips, so I needed to call Lexus and get replacements parts to bring to them which was an additional $300. I now had my new windshield installed on 9/25 but at $300 more than what it was supposed to be. Since the shop broke my items they should have paid for them, or at least explained this was a possibility prior to me bringing in the car. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew it was going to cost me $770.

      Auto glass repair done on 7/25/23. During the installation the tech damaged the bottom seal of the windshield. The cowling is ripped. I contacted the business 7/31/23 to have the repair done and a warranty order was placed for them to come out 8/1/23. Received a call 8/1/23 that they would not come out due to not having jobs in the area, they will only come out if a job is in the area. I asked for a supervisor as I didn't want to have the damage sit for two weeks or maybe longer. Supervisor asked to send pics. I sent the pics and they tried to deny the damage. I stated this was not like that before the repair and confirmed with them that the tech needs to remove and place the cowling back for glass repair. All Star Glass stated they would contact our insurance to see if they would cover the cost of the repair. Their tech damaged and All Star is responsible for the damage. They should come out and repair immediately and not 2 or 3 weeks, whenever it's convenient for them. The repair does have a warranty and they should honor and acknowledge the damage their tech caused.

      On 4/11/2023 All Star Glass promised to replace a broken window and vacuum up the glass inside of my car. The window was replaced properly, but the glass was not entirely vacuumed up. The service person left a significant portion of glass inside of the car and I was forced to clean it up myself. I believe this is a case of false advertising.

      We are sorry to hear of Mr. ********* negative experience at All Star Glass. We strive to provide only the best service to our customers, and we truly regret knowing that we fell short of expectations here. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.

      We would like the opportunity to re-vacuum the customer's vehicle in our shop. We attempt to vacuum excess glass from all cars as a courtesy to our customers, but please be advised that there may be glass particles or pieces not immediately visible at the time of installation and courtesy cleaning. We try our best to meet every customer's needs, but it seems that we were unable to do that this time, and we truly would like to apologize for this. Please contact the store to bring the vehicle back in, and we will remove the glass as much as possible.

      I am asking for a refund and all I get is an apology. This business practices false advertising. They promised to vacuum out my car without me asking and did not deliver on the promised service.
