      I cant understand why the provider treated me like I was ********** healthcare provider,She was extremely rude.She was very impatient,poor communication.She rushed through the examination.Terrible service.Thats crazy.Throughout the examination,I kept asking myself why I even join the service.

      It has been 3 months since trying to get any appointments scheduled with Leidos QTC. They are very unorganized and not helpful. At first, everything was fine and appointments were scheduled. Then, all of the doctor's offices closed due to inclement weather, and since then the rescheduling process has been a nightmare. They scheduled me appointments in cities that are hours away from where I live in the same day, and mailed me a sleep study to do on my own, I sent it back to them, and now they're saying "it didn't work". They've scheduled me for appointments without notifying me and then said I was a "no show". I've asked to speak with a manager several times and they transfer my call, then it drops, and I never get a call back. TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR VETERANS WHO SERVED OUR COUNTRY. THIS IS HOW WE ARE TREATED.

      ******** office. Be aware of the male PA. He will not examine you then will not review records. Less than pleasant experience. QTC still has not responded to my complaint. Be prepared to lose sleep about how bad it is.

      I am a veteran the *********************** is sent me to QTC medical services They are terrible terrible *************** Most of the people you talked over the phone speak poor English They sent me **************** and West All over Illinois for appointments Today I went for a blood draw got there early and they do not have any paperwork from QTC for my appointment but I have an appointment notification from QTC now I have to come back Every time every time I try to sign into their website My security answers are incorrect So I have to call customer service and do it all over again My security answers are My mother's maiden name The city I was born in ******* My favorite food pizza But every time my security answers to these questions are incorrect It will not take the password that they online give me Being able to comprehend the English language and speak clearly should be a priority To a company that deals with the *********************** This must be a lowest bitter minority organization they ****

      QTC ********* I was greeted by a pleasant nurse upon checking in. I was taken back 15 minutes early for some tests. Met with the doctor for a 35 minute evaluation. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional.

      Was evaluated by Dr ****** *** for c&p exam for TBI. Appt lasted less than 10 mins. Very rude downplayed all my issues asked me irrelevant questions as well. Dont use this doctor. 29 years of military service summed up in 8 mins.

      QTC scheduled me for an exam with a shady company who's phone number doesn't even work. The exam was literally in a dump strip mall and looked more like a warehouse than any kind of medical facility. Fast forward, the examiner didn't give me time of day. Ignored everything I said. He then wrote a medical opinion full of lies and misrepresented medical literature. Not only that, he questioned my diagnoses by the VA. In short this led to a process of me having to fight for healthcare due to his lies. I called QTC many times, they didn't care.

      By far the worst company *** ever had to deal with. Any appointments that I had I would get mailed information overnight, but my mileage checks disappear in the mail. Ive called several times and it doesnt change anything. I have appointments from November and December I havent received mileage checks for. How many other veterans are getting screwed out of their mileage checks too?

      Worst company to eever deal with. Dropped calls, excessive calls for appointments already made. Very excessive information questions . Ling time spent waiting on reception to confirm things

      Had a C&P a month ago for 21 issues. Appointment took no more than 10 min for all of that. The Dr. ****** did anything, didn't ask questions. I felt as if a 2 year old with a plastic stethoscope would be more thorough. A month ago, no real exam and my DBQs still are not uploaded. If this is how they "examine" members who serve over 20 years I could only imagine how poorly they treat the younger members.
