    Please NEVER hire this company to manage your property. I think they are HORRIBLE! A lot of people in my HOA are so mad. They do nothing! I can see from the all the Yelp other how much they arer hated!

    The basis for this homeowner's complaint against our property management company is unfortunately invalid. This homeowner is upset about a decision made by the Board of Directors, not our office. We are simply tasked with carrying out the actions of the Board of Directors and this homeowner has disagreed with their course of action. As with all HOA management, decisions are made by a Board of Directors and it is the responsibility of the property management company to carry out the actions authorized by the Board.

    They are referring to a differnt incident. As the property managenent company for my HOA I let Derek know my back wall was crumbling and I needed it fixed. That was in May 2021, he never responded. I emailed him again in August 2021 and he said they were looking for a company to fix my wall and I "would be the first to know" when they found someone. That was one year ago and I still have not heard anything from them!
