    Ordered a pair of boots on 3/23 order #****. Seller sent a confirmation email. Seller deactivated website without answering emails or text. 4/07 seller send **** tracking however never shipped out merchandise. 4/12 seller text me that they will ship out within the week however never did. Seller has not replied to text or emails

    i ordered some boots and received the wrong size i then contacted the company via text/email and was told they would send a return label. i received the returned label and sent the boots back requesting a refund. i was then notified via the tracking system that they received the boots and they would process the return. several days passed and no response nor a refund and now no response to any of my inquiries

    Their refund has to get approved as we do not do refunds.

    I ordered a pair of boots from Botas Vargas, on February 3, 2023 for the amount of $132.95. My order number is: **** I have emailed them at least three times per week and have called several times with no answer. I received ONE email reply on February 27, where a "*************************" claimed I would receive a tracking number by 6:00 PM that evening, and stated they are understaffed, which one could sympathize with, if they had been transparent about actual shipping turnaround time. They guarantee 3 business days to ship. I also paid for expedited shipping. It has been 33 days since I placed my order, and still do not have any updates, let alone a tracking number. At this point, I want a complete refund. I have purchased boots elsewhere and received them within a week of my order.

    Good afternoon, so here is my issue on February 1st I placed an order order with Botas Vargas USA it was a Pair of men's boots for $120 plus tax and shipping. On February 3rd I received a confirmation email with the **** tracking number stating that a shipping label was created however on February 7th there had still been no update on whether the **** had received my package to process shipping. So I reached out I explained the situation and asked if it would be shipped out soon because I would have liked to have it by Valentines Day. They explained their entire staff had been out with streptococcus and they were behind which I can understand but still assured me I would have it on time. 2 days later it still had not been shipped out so I tried reaching them again and at this point they were not responding on their websites live chat, so I reached out in an Email there was no reply I tried reaching them on theirs Instagram page with no response I called their business phone number directly and no one answered. So again on February 12th I sent them another message through their website stating how disappointed I was in their customer service I let them know I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and hours later I get a response to email them directly if I wanted a refund which I didn't want so I email them and ************************* is who replied and apologized saying the item I had ordered was out of stock but that they had it in a half size up and half size down. So I email back wondering why it had already been marked as shipped if it wasn't even in stock but I said fine I will take a half size up if you can ship it Next Day Air or I'd like a refund. And she didn't reply 2 days later I email again and asked if she would be shipping another pair or giving me a refund? Later that day she replied stating it would be too expensive to ship but that she could send me the 1/2 difference I didn't know what she ment by that so I email back and i haven't received a response.

    I placed an order for some work boots on Oct. 28th. They were received Nov. 2. On Nov. 3, I notified them that the boot was defective. They sent a return label and I sent the boot off. I got confirmation the boot was there and I started messaging them regarding replacement status. No reply. They are off Mondays so I sent another email on Tuesday no reply. Today Wednesday 9th I sent a messaged to a number in the website and I got a response saying I would get a replacement 14 days. (After receiving the boots I returned) when I emailed them this was not mentioned. They said it's on the website. I don't see it. I paid for this through the 'shop' ap so it's spread out in payment installments and they will be withdrawing a payment in 4 days and I no longer have the goods. I have asked for a cancellation and the person returned my messages saying the emails were in queue and I would get a response by email and cancellation would still be 14 days.

    The product she received was not defective. Our website states that all exchanges and returns can take up to 14 business days. We responded to her in a timely fashion. Her lack of patience and continuous emails pushed her email to the back of our queue. We can not cancel an item that has already been shipped.

    The business is not aknowledging the fact that they sent a defective item. Due to that they sent a return label. I did send the merchandise back and they took very long to even acknowledge corresponding with me regarding the status. It is not the customer's fault what kind of email/answering method they have. I paid for an item I ordered and payment to them was paid immediately yet they still took 2 weeks AFTER RECEIVING THEIR DEFFECTIVE BOOT to be able to process me with a reimbursement AND they still took a shipping cost for an item that came defective from their company. I would have not had a problem if I would of damaged the shoe or if I would have chose to return the merchandise. But it was not by choice and definitely not my fault for the item received.
