    On 9/28/23, I purchased over $15,000 of materials, including an $800+ shipping fee for stone to arrive within two business days. I was told and guaranteed that the materials (stone) would be delivered within two business days. I have made at least 15 phone calls from 10/2/23 to 10/6/23 to inquire about the delivery. I relayed to and warned the business on the week of 10/2/23 that laborers were to be conducting work on 10/7/23 to use the stone materials. On 10/6/23 alone, I made at least 5 telephone calls and was told that I would get an "update", but never received any kind of communication. I was guaranteed that I would receive a telephone call by end of business on 10/6/23. At present time, the business has not provided any update, has not delivered my product, has not communicated or reached out to me in any way, and now I have incurred charges due to the the inability of being able to cancel the labor to be conducted on 10/7/23.
