    I honestly thought using an travel agency was antiquated, so I was a bit reluctant at first ... how could someone find a better airline ticket to ****** that me doing hours of research and playing around with dates? Boy was I wrong. Since finding Avo and AirGoes Travel, I have not booked my own tickets since 2019. Every trip I am planning (domestic and international) I start with *** and just shoot him a quick email. He is always super quick in responding and has the best rates for tickets. He has saved my family so much money and I am so happy and grateful I was referred to him.We traveled to Europe 2 times with our son, who was under 2, and he was able to reserve us the seats with the infant bassinet. What a life saver!! If we would have booked ourselves online we would have had to call into Lufthansa and see if it was available (no guarantee). Such a life saver. I would never think of booking on my own again!I have only interacted with *** over the phone and e-mail, he is just beyond amazing. Always accommodating, quick, responsive and really cared about getting us a great deal. Save yourself the headache of searching online and give him a call!
