      I attempted to purchase a flight ticket on 04/30/24, with booking number: 4TVDUO for a total of $1660.00 Payment did not go through as per Avianca. I attempted a second flight ticket purchase on 05/02/21 with booking number: 23SFHI for a total of $1860.00. Payment went through as per attached receipt file. Bank authorized payment and it showed on my account as "hold".Today 05/03/24 Avianca states that reservation has been cancelled, but many is still on hold in bank institution until May 7th, thus not allowing me to use the funds. ******* continues to disregard my attempts to have this problem resolved, and refuses to process the payment for the reservation, stating the reservation is cancelled, but money in still being held until May 7th.

      The airline cancelled my flight, when I choose a refund they did not refund me and are not permitting me to take the flight. This is insanely ridiculous. I called several times and no resolution. I am simply asking my money be reimbursed this is a change made by the airline and per their cancellation policy I am *********** a full refund. I literally can't believe I keep getting told I am the one at fault, I am not the one who cancelled the flight
