    I entered into a yearly contract with Source Scrub (***************************************) , a company that provides a platform for VC firms to conduct company research. Despite our request for a trial to evaluate the software, they declined to provide one. Nevertheless, we paid them in advance, a total of $7500 for the year on 01/25/2024 . They charged us the full amount upfront without granting us the trial period. After three months, we've found the software to be completely unusable. It fails to notify us of leads, and searches take an excessive amount of time to perform. We contacted the company last week on date 04/29/2024 to address these issues and express our desire to cancel the service. However, they refused to issue any refund. We would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter, even if it means refunding us for the remaining term of the contract.
