      No communication. The company began slowing down *** payments with no notice. When SVB was closed, they were caught. Instead of pushing out *** payments that were already there, this company withdrew a processing fee but still didn't push through the *** deposit to my account. Even after saying in an email that *** payments were going to take 3-5 business days, it is now the 7th business day and still no release of funds.The phone number listed for this business on BBB is not correct. The phone number embedded in their terms of service for support does not allow you to speak to anyone. There is only a greeting.I do not recommend this company.
