eOpti AutoTrust came to BBB’s attention in March 2025. Complaints processed by BBB state consumers attempting to purchase a vehicle used eOptiTrust as their auto broker. According to the complaints consumers were directed to the company’s website to complete their purchase. Consumers were then instructed to pay for their purchase by wire transfer and were then provided information for the date of delivery. In both cases, the vehicle was never delivered, and the consumers could no longer reach anyone by email or phone.
BBB attempted to reach out to the company by email but have been unable to obtain a physical address. To date BBB has received no response to emails sent and the website is no longer active.
