    SUBJECT: NOBLR Auto Insurance, Unethical business practice and unauthorized charges Dear BBB,NOBLR Auto Insurance has chaged me $471.21 even after written communication in advance to not charge/renew unless agreed upon.This is Unethical business practice and unauthorized that accounts 53% increase in Auto Insurance.I solemnly swear and testify that i have had no accidents, no tickets, smooth excellent driving (score > 90 every month as per NOBLR) since the last renewal of policy with NOBLR in amount of approx $ 308 (for 6 months) for my environmentally friendly and newer Hybrid ************* Accord of 2020.In order to extort as much money as possible from me as customer, ********************** went ahead and chagrged this amount even after acknowledging my written communication (via email).I had phone communication on Nov 8, 2022 (as per NOBLR request) and they are still wanting to charge this exorbitant amount (53 % increase).Before Nov 7th, 2022 (when i was charged on my credit card), I have also had written notification and confirmation from my **************** Card that any charge (recurring or one time) from NOBLR shall not be processed which is still surprisingly on file with NOBLR even when i requested to not keep this card on file, but instead keep another card which I can give upon agreement of renewal with affordable and resonable quote.I request you to help me as consumer and in disciplinary action against NOBLR.NOBLR's Ph: ************ I would request NOBLRto immediately stop practicing unethical and extortionary business practices.I have already filed a complaint against NOBLR'spractices and this recent experience to ***** **** of Insurance.
