    Their support number never works. Even though I call during business hours, the *** informs that Im reaching them out of business hours which is obviously incorrect. I reached out to them on ******* as well, they blatantly ignore the customer complaints on social media as well.

    Worst insurance company. Rates raise significantly for no other reason than you drove. Had a perfect score of saftey, handling, time of day, and still was more than double the estimate. I was told it was because of how much I drove. I drove less than 500 miles for the month. Horrible.

    Noblr Reciprocal Exchange ("Noblr") Auto Insurance provides apay-as-you-driveinsurance product that uses a smartphone and the Noblr app. The initial quote estimates the monthly premium based on the expected driving behavior and miles the member says they drive. Each month,in addition to a fixed rate,our members are billed based on how well and how many miles they drive in the prior month. Thisgivesour membersmorecontrolovertheir monthly rate.We welcome member feedback and will continue our efforts to provide our members with a superior customer experience.
