      On 2/23/25 I purchased a set of ******* at a kiosk at the ******* ******* and they do not work for my phone. How can I return or exchange them? I have an ****** ** *** and bought the headphones with ***** but they do not fit the phone.

      On the same day I emailed Swyft to ask how I can return them because they were purchased at a kiosk that did not have any human staff. On 2/24/25, someone responded by email asking me more details about the purchase and I responded with all the requested details on 3/1/15:

      26 days later and a few emails later, there is no response form this company. They sold a product that did not work and then dropped off with communication about the return.

      I purchased earbuds from your istore at ****************************. The item is defective. I finally got through to customer service 9 days later. She told me that it is not your policy to give refunds for defective items. She told me that she would not send me a return slip. I am bewildered by this deceptive practice. She told me to contact the manufacturer. You have a 30 day guarantee. Why are you doing this to people. I probably will have to handle this another way because you won't answer any messages or emails.

      We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. With further investigation, I verified that indeed that customer reached out about a defective product. Our initial instruction would reach out to the manufacturer to see if they can resolve the issue. And in case manufacturer confirmed that it is defective, we will supply a return label for the customer to return it. This was also given during their first conversation. Now, the customer already had the return label and agreed our return process. Once it gets to our Warehouse Team and confirmed item defective, we will then process the refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: This response by Swyft has only partially corrected this issue. I do appreciate a response. This is a good first step. First off, I have not received the refund. Your rules for returns are completely at odds from other legitimate business. Your return rules are vague and not established for the public and not posted. After talking to your ***resentatives they staunchly "made up the policy" as they went along. Legit business return policy gives a 30 day unconditional (or partially unconditional) refund. I talked to customer service and I was told I cannot return any product that did not function properly. I had to return it to the manufacturer after purchasing the item 4 days prior to this phone call. I had to put my foot down with the *** and tell her this was unacceptable and demanded a refund by them. She called me back a few days later after my posting on the BBB website. She said my return would be accepted by them. She told me I would receive a link with the return label. After 5 days no link was sent. I called back and they apologized. They said the email was sent, but it was not. 4 days later I called back and told them no email was sent. So I called them yet again. MEANWHILE, on hold with Swyft I was staring at my email and a return label message magically appeared from Swyft. The *** answered the phone and stated that the label was sent in an email. They must have had caller ID and looked identified me. Soooo shady business. I want to say buyer beware, but by the time anyone gets to read this it'll be too late anyway. I got the return label 2 weeks later and only because I kept calling and posting on this website. Their entire refund policy is strange and shady. Their entire business practice is not geared to resolve issues. The customer is never first at ********************. it appears. I thought there should be some kind of warning sign posted by a vendor stating strange return policies. Especially, when items in the machine are as pricey as those were. I personally don't believe I will receive any refund from them, but I'll keep everyone posted.

      On November 29, 2023, I ordered a pair of sneakers from Goat. On December 6, 2023, I was alerted that the label was prepared at 10:26 a.m. and "scanned at the warehouse" at 10:26 p.m. On December 7, 2023, it was said that it was out for delivery at 9:45 a.m., and it was delivered at 6:30 p.m. However, the photo that was posted as verification is not of my flat. When I called Goat, they responded that the shipping provider provided confirmation of delivery. I informed them that the location of the photograph was not my home and sent a photograph of my front door. There is nothing they can do, according to Goat. I reached out the shipping company numerous times with no response.

      On 08.30.23 I purchased a pair of sneakers from a company called GOAT. After verification of my item, a shipping label was created with the tracking number ckw90q223amg00874aj0 with SWYFT to delivery my package. Then on Sept 7th the status of the tracking was updated to scanned at the warehouse. This remained the same until Sept 11 when it the status all of sudden was updated to say my package was delievered on Sept 9. The status was never updated to indicate that it was shipped out. The day and time indicated as the delievery date, I was home and there was no package left. I promptly reached out to SWYFT customer care via email to find my package and their response was that the records show it was delivered based on their investigation and they are not responsible. I do not understand how they were able to open and conduct an investigation in less than 4 hrs with no proof that my package was delivered . Also I am baffled as to how they can say they're not responsible when they are the delievery company and one of their delievery personal is at fault. This company has very poor customer service. There is no way to reach them outside of email and their responses are obviously automatic. I want them to track down where my package is.
