    My wife and I ordered a subscription for Bobbie Formula. We relied on them to provide us with food for our infant daughter. Their support team neglected to get back to us. We were informed that we should have received a confirm that our daughter's February order would arrive. However, no such confirmation was received, and no formula was delivered. We rely on baby formula providers to be our partner in ensuring our infant's nutrition, and in this case I want other parents to be aware that they might not get the support they need. We had to switch formula providers today out of desperation. On our side, we can be a brand's best friend and greatest vocal supporters but in exchange we require the brand to do what they promise to do (help us feed our infant), if not, I think other parents need to be warned they can't rely on the brand. When we finally got in touch with a member of the support team after multiple calls and emails, they were only too happy to instantly cancel our membership... total apathy about the outcome for feeding our daughter. No thanks.
