    Build Zoom lists all my business information on their website with incorrect owner/phone number. This business' lack of correct information is effecting my business, taking business away from me and directing it toward another individual. I contacted them April 22, 2025 and a "****" responded asking me to provide him with the business link. I did so, however, one week later, the information is still listed on their website.

    I own a **************** and they have me listed online as living on *************. Someone working there entered this inappropirate info which my Clients have pulled up searching for my Business. I have contacted Build Zoom about this several times and its still there.

    Build Zoom refused to publish my honest and documented review against a contractor that was recommended to me using their reviews. They then let the contractor publish slander on their site about me with no factual basis which has caused damage to my reputation and business.

    Build zoom, listed my personal information on their website proclaiming it is a business. It is not a business and it must be removed immediately please .     My family lost my grandparent and parents in just 20 days, which has left me emotionally unstable. My number one priority right now is to make sure that I have prepared the house for reconstruction and rental purposes. To start this process, I have been looking for bids from contractors who came by the property. Recently, I had a conversation with a Builder Zoom representative who gave me an overview of their services.I made an irrational decision to sign the contract and paid $875 without being in the right state of mind. Its a mental struggle for me as we speak. I wrongly believed that there was a period of between 24 to *************************************************************************** that there were some things that I should have read carefully before signing the contract. I assumed all businesses allow cancellation within that time frame only. However, when I called after just ********************************************************** they do not refund any funds and I did not have an opportunity to exit this agreement.Under such circumstances, I felt compelled to put Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (988) on speed dial to get assistance immediately at any moment needed
