    Received mail from CA certificate ************************************************************************ *************, Notice date 2.25.25 due by 3.7.25, telling I owe $87.25 fee for a ******************** using my home address for our new business. Letter states that paying for this Certificate of Status bears the official seal if the California Secretary of State. Letter marked: IMPORTANT - OPEN IMMEDIATELY. Complete and total scam!

    Sending out mail that looks like a government agency asking for $87.25 on a tight deadline. Address is *******************************************. How are companies like this not shut down?!

    Received mail from CA certificate service ***********************. 333, SF Ca ***** telling I owe $87.25 fee for a SVBN Investments LLC using my home address. Both CA Certificate Services and SVBN Investments LLC are scammers. None exist.

    2-3-2023 Requesting monies for years 2-3-2023 and 2-3-2024 to receive my Articles that have been filed with Secretary of State. I have NOT received for either year.I have read the complaints are in the same situation. This Company a Fraud or what? Please advise. Thank you

    Received a letter regarding attaining a CA Certificate of Status from CA Certificate Service. I sent a check on 9/7/2023 assuming that company will send the certificate but have not receive it. I am requesting for a refund. Thank you.

    10/3/2023 9:25 AM PDT. Contacted this company to opt out of solicitation. Spoke with ********* and supervisor ******. Was advised I cannot opt out of anything with them. There paperwork looks governmental.

    I received a letter to pay for a certificate I already thought I had but apparently my certification was done but in order to get my actual physical certificate I need to pay almost $90 more they sent the letter out late and I didnt receive it until after the date I was supposed to pay. I have spent multiple days on the phone for an accumulative total of almost two hours. Not once has my phone call been answered. This company is acting in a manor that gives deadlines and sends their mail out late so I couldnt meet their deadline and they absolutely never answer the phone number given. So to me this business is incredibly shady and it has to do with ***************** certification so the *********** works hand in hand with these people which is scary cuz that seems incredibly shady and potentially illegal to do.

    Opened a business with the state, shortly after this place sent ** a letter talking about "********** Certificate of Status" and "********** Secretary of State" and on April 6th cashed a check for $87 we sent. We are supposed to be smarter (said everyone). This is a scam. If you don't believe me, at least call them first.
