      On Wednesday 8/17 I went to lolli and pops at ********** ******** ***** around 145pm. There were 2 girls working. My mom thought she saw the girl putting the macaroons in the bag without gloves. I am going through medical procedures so we asked if they used glove. The girl cashing us out got very defensive and rolled her eyes and just said uh yea she just took them off. I told her it was a health concern question and there was no need to be rude. When we turned to walk away both girls started laughing loudly and said what a b**** in front of my four year old daughter and 11 year old niece. I went back asked to have the number to the manager which she responded I am a manager. I then asked for whoever was above her and she just smiled and said no one. I told her it was inappropriate to call me a b**** in front of two children or any customer for asking a question, and she just smiled. I then demanded to corporates number. Which the girl turned her back and started talking to the other girl and texting on her phone. Then completely ignoring me and started helping other customers. I have emailed the company, called the store and had no response and have not been able to get through to anyone on the phone. I submitted a complaint with the ***** mall who also has not responded. I will be contacting the ***** board as well, but would like the company to address these 2 employees behaviors. I will never be shopping there again. And now thanks to them my four year old knows a swear word
