    Balance CBD charged me for a shipment I never received, when I inquired with their customer service to fix the problem they basically said there was nothing they could do they would not refund and they would not ship what I paid for. A different shipment I did received, one of the bottles in the brand new bottle with the wrapping on it came completely empty so that was useless as well. Ive tried to reach out several times to customer service with no response. I just want my money back or the products I paid for.

    On July 14 I ordered a bottle of CBD Gummies with Melatonin for a total of $51.90 After 10 days the order was still not shipped so I reached out to ask for an update. After reaching out I was then told the product was out of stock and asked if I would like another product in replacement or a refund. I requested a refund. On July 28 I had still not received my refund, so I reached out to customer service once again. I received their standard reply - "Your request (****) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email." On Aug 11 I reached out again as I had then received a refund, but it was for the wrong amount. I received $30.91. They responded - "I will investigate this immediately and get this resolved. Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding." Today I reached out again as I got nothing further in response to my email. I received a response pretty quickly asking for a screen shot of the refund so they could research further on their end. "No matter what we will resolve this issue for you *****. "It's now the end of the day and I have still not received any additional response.

    I ordered products as a subscription and didn't like on of the items. I forgot about the subscription and didn't get any type of reminder email from the company so a second shipment came out and I was charged $62.87. No big deal, I refused the package and returned to sender via ***** I also immediately contacted customer service to inform them I refused the package and returned it so that I could be refunded. I was ensured that the item would get there and once it does I would be refunded. After a few weeks of no refund I followed up with the Balance CBD customer service and was informed again that their policy is to not refund until the item is received by the warehouse and that package refusal and return to sender packages take up to 2-3 months to arrive. I thought that sounded incorrect so I spoke to my local post office and was told there is absolutely no reason it would take 2-3 months to be shipped back. I asked customer service multiple times to check back with the warehouse and to take my issue to upper management because their refusal to refund me after I have returned the package is outrageous. I was told on two separate occasions that my complaint was going to be sent to the head of customer service. Once by a rep named ***** and once by someone named *****. It has now been 3 months since I returned the item and I still have no heard from anyone in upper management or any head of customer service. I cannot believe the poor level of customer service I have received and cannot believe at this point they wouldn't be acting in the best interest of the customer. I would like a refund of the $62.87 immediately as it seems at this point, their warehouse must have lost or mishandled my returned package. The order is from order #****** for reference and refund purposes. Thank you. Brielle
