    If I could give B9 a negative 10 stars I would.B9 are frauds they took my money and I made several complaints about my account being hacked and they told me that thats a me problem and that there was nothing else that they could do about it. I wouldnt recommend this site to a dog. Their customer service agents are rude, very disrespectful and unprofessional. I dont see how B9 is still allowed to be in business. They tell you to file disputes that they dont even follow up on. They need their license revoked.

    Direct deposit was missing from account and usually it posts on time. This morning, my check did not go into my account. I have been trying to find out what happened to my check and I keep getting no real answer from the bank. I am about to stop depositing any money into my account and close it. I told them if I dont get a deposit by Monday morning, I will have to stop any future deposits to the account.

    This place is a joke. I transferred my payroll to this company. I contacted my HR and they informed me my check posted on a Tuesday, which I have received my check on Wednesdays from my previous bank. Today is Saturday and still no progress with my check. The rep told me after 9pm EST to call and get my info transferred to the recovery team. I called and their office was closed. I have been behind on all my bills, no food in my home and unable to pay my debts as of today because they state the system is behind. That sounds like an internal problem that I am not responsible for. I would not recommend this app or *********** and Trust to anyone. I feel as if I am being scammed because of the responses I received. Very generic sorry your having troubles and have a nice day answers are what I get when I ask where is my money? to the customer service department. If you happen to need a payday advance, do not send your checks to them, as its more of a payday delay company.

    This B9 app is the unsung hero of my budget game. Yeah, it's got a few fees flying around, but guess what? I've cracked it on using it practically for free. Cashback they pay when I swipe my card in stores. I'm grabbing groceries and get cash with no ATM fees.

    I gave them a bad review on the Apple App Store because I couldnt access my account and then they were telling me I already had an account and blocked me. However, they kept sending me emails and even after unsubscribing, I kept receiving emails from them to sign up. Part of their Apple app store response to my review was Not sure why you got an email from us after closing your account but the easiest way to make that go away is to hit the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of every email. Good luck. ??"Overall, very unprofessional company. Wouldnt trust my financial information with them.
