    Yes, I signed up for a 15 day trial with Cloudhq for one of their plans only come to find that they dont allow even 2% of the job that the plan is described to do- such as data migration, etc,- because they restrict such options during the free trial which rendered it useless and I immediately opted to cancel. Also, I will add that I attempted vigorously to reach any representative as I was willing to start paying for the services I needed/wanted but the way it was stated in the email auto-sent pertaining to the several restrictions on the free trial was that it appeared I cant even do anything until the 15 day trial period passed and as much as I would have happily paid in full so I can use the services, I could never reach a representative and Im certainly not going to wait over two weeks to do the business I needed done; that would be silly.That said, I tried more and more- sending emails to the only contact provided for Cloudhq- ******************************** *********************************** and the only 800 number listed on their site is an auto message telling all customers to please email support, at the email stated above, or leave a message at the tone, of which Ive done both multiple times from the beginning to no avail.However, several days later I did receive emails from support as they did not know the exact reason for my contact to them as a new customer l- as each message I simply stated Im a brand new customer and just have a few questions, etc. so the support team- up until being informed I wish to cancel my trial and plans and need confirmation from them- were responsive, somewhat. However, like I said that last few emails I composed to them seeking confirmation of my trial and cancellation via the same email and phone number, they have simply become completely unresponsive, forcing me to become concerned as its VERY expensive plans and my trial literally ends (I have to refer to my records- in very busy at the moment)-should be either tomorrow November 14th 22
