    I have 2 machines from Spinn (Spinn Pro, both) and anytime that I've had an issue, they've been plenty helpful, even helping me solve issues myself. They don't void the warranty if I take it apart to work on it, they sent parts for me, and they repaired it and extended the warranty when it kept having issue. Since then, I've been more careful about keeping the maintenance cycle and it's not had any issues. The coffee is delicious. Couple caveats: Their shipping or products in development are as expected - subject to change, and the machine does require more cleanings than simpler machines, but this one works well, and still less maintenance than comparable smart machines.

    Have had multiple issues with my machine that are clearly a simple fix when I can get a hold of customer service. The main issue is being able to get a hold of support. There is no phone number to reach out to. The online support hours are M-F 9-5, a very convenient time as its the exact time when I am not home and at work. I am currently taking a PTO day just to be here with the machine for them to assist and its been over an hour and still no response from them. I am on the east coast and their hours are PST. My sole frustration with this machine is the support behind it. I would not recommend this machine to anyone and I believe if they are going to sell their product across the country, they need to be able to support longer hours in the day. If your machine goes down before a long holiday weekend, you have zero options to have it fixed for the entirety of that time. This is a useless piece of plastic taking up the little kitchen space I already have. I dont want a new one, I dont even want all my money back. A 50% refund seems pretty fair to me. Anyone thinking of buying this product, do not. Its pretty hard to find the true reviews of this product as it seems like their bots have flooded the sites with good ratings. Please do not support this company.

    I have had nothing but issues so far with this device. I have now sent it in three times for Repair. Less than eight months each time tech-support makes me jump through hoops just to get the unit serviced even though they know theres no way to fix it the most recent time it was broken, from a software malfunction of some type the day it got delivered back to me do yourself a favor go to a different company

    I bought this machine and had issues on the second use and realized they do not have phone support. Their website never mentioned you need to operate the machine through their app. DO NOT PURCHASE THE SPINN COFFEE MACHINE. They also charge you return shipping to return the machine which were never informed. For the price they are charging, you better off with a Philips or DeLonghi.

    Customer was given the return policy including the statement regarding return shipping PRIOR to purchase - also stated here: spinn.com/returns - customer agreed to the terms and conditions during checkout and during email correspondence when initiating the return.

    I have had a horrible experience with Spinn. Bought a machine and it didn't work. I looked online and see the problem is common. Wrote Spinn and they sent me a replacement unit that took forever to arrive. By this time I decided I didn't want to try again based on the horrible reviews. They asked me to return the replacement unit, which I did. They refunded my original order, leaving me with a defective machine. I was able to fix the machine myself. Then, I decided to sell the machine. The person I sold it to then had is***s with the machine again and Spinn told her to return it to them for repair / replacement. After she showed them the *** label, they told her the unit was STOLEN and she would not get a replacement. She then wanted her money back from me. She wrote Spinn and so did I. Spinn told her that I had stolen the unit. I proved to them that I did not (how could I, they are online!), and then silence. I am looking to *** (luckily I have two attorneys in my family) for them telling a random person lies about me and giving out details of my account, and the person who bought the unit from me is starting an online campaign due to them tricking her into returning the unit and then telling her that they wouldn't be fixing or replacing. BAD company and the units have is***s ALL THE ***** Look them up!
