    The app PIX Fax run by this company charged me 99dollars without sending reminders, which is their obligation to keep customers informed. And their customer service declined my refund request even I didnt use any of their service.

    I signed up for the service to send a fax to an individual. After the fax was done and I was sure it was received I sent in a request to the company to close my acccount. The *** I got in touch with assured me the account was closed and I wouldn't be charged. 2 days later I was charged $99 for the year even though I was assured by their support the account was closed. I then asked for a refund and they told me I was past the point that I could get a refund (3-day trial) even though their *** assured me the account has been closed. I have tried at least 20 times to get in touch and no one has responded since they told me I would be getting in touch with billing to process the refund.The dates are as follows:Opened account July 2nd Attempted to close account July 3rd and was told by ***** it was closed (Request 646678)Charged on July 6th and opened new ticket (648515)Was told July 6th the account wasn't closed and how to close it (648515)Replied to ******************* to get a refund July 22nd (******) and was told I didn't qualify because I was passed 3-day trial I ***lied back with email from their *** saying the account was closed before the 3 day trial ended (******)They told me they were escalating the request, but I have heard nothing from them since. I have ***lied to the same email and submitted multiple tickets to get help and not one response since. I have never used language, but I did some research and their app has MANY bad reviews on ****** play store and people are saying all the same thing.
