    They charged my account for set ice that I didnt get. I tried calling and emailing the company and no one answered me. Theres no customer support. When you call you get redirected to a voicemail. I tried messaging their social media accounts without any luck. The company has no social media presence since 2018.

    The app worked well for a while, now it's beginning to tell me that clients' credit cards are denying charges because the card expired. Then *** prompts client to reenter new cc data.Only problem is that in these cases, cc data had not expired! A few of my clients deleted their cc data and reentered it (the same info since it had not expired).This has been a problem a client who is difficult to get a hold of.Annoying and not helpful.

    Ive used IvyPay in the past but refuse to use them any longer as they lack consumer support after initial contact. Ive had at the least two issues go unresolved with this company. Providers beware, this company does not provide a customer service number, only an email/option for a phone call, and even after numerous attempts to follow up about the issue no one responds. Im lucky these issues werent financially related. This company should be investigated.

    On September 22nd and 29th I submitted for payment to Ivy Pay for $608 and $304 and have not been reimbursed. I have tried contact them by email and request a call back with no response. They are supposed to reimburse you within 24 to 48 hours. It is now October 11 and I yet to receive my funds or any contact from Ivy Pay. This company for needs to be turned into the *** at this point because it appears they have a long history of fraud. Please give me money ASAP and contact IVY PAY. ************

    I need to use another phone and they have not responded to me about how to verify my identity other than with my old phone number.It's been over a week and I cannot access my information. This complaint is a bit different than the others. I don't have a complaint that they're taking my money. I have a complaint that they're taking my information stored in my app and not allowing me to access it. A customer service agent is telling me that they're working on the solution and that they'll get back to me as soon as possible but nobody ever gives me access to my informatio. That is outrageous.

    I had thought this was a legit company but it is clearly not. I had charged my client for several sessions which appeared to be seamless and the money was taken from her account promptly. But after a week of waiting for my payment to appear in my bank, it is clear that it isn’t coming. There were several help tickets filled out with no response. The only number I could find was on this website (which is especially concerning). This appears to be a **** and I will be sure to tell all of my network of therapists NOT to use this platform.

    I have been waiting for refunds that were submitted by my provider on 7/29 and 8/1. Although the customer service agent is professional and gracious, the company is holding my refunds. When Im billed, it is on my credit card in moments but refunds will not be put back on the credit card is very challenging. I will never pay my provider via credit card again because of these shady business practices.
