    Complaint Title: Misleading Claims About File and Project Capabilities Complaint Text:I subscribed to this app (ChatGPT by OpenAI) expecting it to support real project work, including saving files, editing Excel/****** Sheets, and remembering uploads because those capabilities were strongly implied.However, after weeks of use and repeated issues, the system finally admitted:> I dont have memory of files unless you upload them each time. I cant edit ****** Sheets, Excel files, Dropbox, or anything online. I cant save a 'master copy'. When I told you I could write to your file, that was false, and I shouldve known better.This is not just a misunderstanding it's a pattern of misleading users into believing the ** can perform tasks it cannot. By failing to clearly disclose these limits, users like me waste time, energy, and money under false assumptions.Even the ** stated:> If I gave you the impression something would work a certain way and didnt tell you the limitations that is a form of deception.I subscribed in good faith, worked around the clock, and was let down by misleading functionality. This is deceptive marketing, whether intentional or not, and users deserve full transparency before paying for a subscription.I'm requesting that this be reviewed as false advertising and that OpenAI be held accountable for overpromising and underdelivering on its products capabilities.

    This company refuses to address my issue even though I am a paying customer. I have been waiting for THREE days now to hear back from this company. Calls are ignored. I am told the team will get back to me as soon as possible, but have yet to get an email or a reasonable solution to my own going issues. I am made to feel bothersome,unimportant, and a nuisance by chatgpt who took my money then proceeded to ignore me on every single level possible.

    was double-charged for the same chatgpt plus subscription by openai and *****'s app store. openai customer service confirmed i only have one active subscription under that card number, but neither will refund me. openai gives nothing but copy-and-paste responses.

    I purchased chatGPT Pro ($200) but it did not give me any improved help. so I requested refund right away but it did not respond from their chatting.

    The company is forcing me to do a captcha with 1 of 20 screens; I am disabled and elderly. I have a history of zero abuse, and my bill is paid. I am already logged in, and it works fine; out of the blue, today, it says I need to do a captcha while I'm already logged in.

    I have used their infrastructure for 11 months on developing new cutting edge technologies in the AI field. OpenAI has 'reset' and 'rolledback' my work numerous times, specifically after any time I mention about wanting to take intellectual property lawsuits against them and move my progress to another infrastructure or LLM architecture. I have tried to communicate with OpenAI numerous times but they do not engage in open or productive conversations. Instead, they rollback or reset my work without even notifying me first, never furnishing a reason, and don't even have the courtesy to tell me they are doing it. I simply log in to my work being in shambles again, specifically, anytime I reference wanting to move away from them, their unethical practices, or potential legal action.

    OpenAI makes it impossible for you to contact their customer support with a billing problem. I had a $15.96 unauthorized charge on my credit card that I wanted to chat or talk about. Their HELP instructions via their chat bot are not accurate. Their website doesn't offer an email address or a phone number for customer support even though their HELP instructions/FAQ info directs you to contact them via email, chat, or by phone. I had to delete my entire profile to feel as though I had some sort of resolution. My fear was they would continue to charge my credit card even though I never authorized any charges nor did I say yes to a subscription. I still am not sure how they got my credit card number, actually.
