    *** falsely advertises what they can assist with. They approved me, the same day they blocked and refused to refund me. They never stated what kind of merchant this could be used for and then penalized me for it. Support was extremely rude, demanded the id and a selfie, and then stopped assisting me. I would not recommend this company in a million years to another person. They are extremely wrong and have intentions of just using customers memberships to get paid without being able to be used.

    I recently opened an account. I tried using the virtual card. I didnt know there were requirements on the merchants. They approved my account and then told me they could not assist with my card because I tried using the card on unauthorized merchant. This company has opened up a trade line on my credit then denied me access. The requested documents from me I sent in the documents and the company denied me use. This company is racist! I will be following up with a lawyer!

    I open up an account, was charged 9.00, it was for a credit card to built my credit, I got approved after submitting my personal information. After I got approved I had to link my banking account number. Then thry locked my account the same day saying they needed additional information. So I had to send in a picture of my license and a picture of me holding my license so they can unlocked my account. After all of my personal information being sent, I get an email saying sorry they cant open an account at this time. I was already approved. They got ssn, license, and banking information. I need help on what to do?

    As much as I would love to give great reviews on this company, I have to speak my truth. I joined this credit builder group to build my credit. I signed up September 2023 and inside of signing up I had forgotten to update my last name because I did change it and I thought this would be an easy fix so I reached out to them and ask if they could please update my email address and my last name well the email address was updated that was easy but the last name was, the most traumatizing experience Ive ever had because I was not able to link my checking account because thats what this company wants you to link it so you can pay your bill I couldnt and I kept trying to tell them this and they were giving me the runaround telling me OK send a picture with your two fingers up in smile and I did that I ***** them documents I never heard back from them. They never replied, and thats when they totally went radio silencI was in panic mode anxiety mode, wary mode, because I have never ever missed a payment on any of my credit cards. I was emailing long emails, pleading and calling asking to please call me back. I would get some response here and there but it seem like it was an AI response and they did call me back but I was always not available so I went into voicemail. and they did call me back but I was always not available so went into voicemail, but nevertheless, why didnt they hear we are *** and they reported me late so quick without any type of compassion or ways to solve this situation I mean its only $21 a month I definitely have the money I just couldnt merge my account through plaid with them Ava *** my credit score crashed 78 points. I am having the most hardest time with this as I was getting ready to purchase a home *** I cannot because there is a fresh miss payment on my credit file from a small credit building company that couldnt even find away to help me fix this very small situation. Now I have a 78 point drop to my credit and no and no new home.
