    Back in December of 2022, I registered and paid for a cooking class called Boozy Chocolate Truffles that was to take place the following month in January of 2023. The total cost for the class was $59.99. When the time came to have the class, I was contacted by the Chef who stated the class was canceled due to low enrollment. The Chef also stated at the time that she would try to help me find another class for the same price. I agreed to the help she offered and reviewed the menu of class options. Unfortunately, I had no interest in any of the classes that were offered during the months of February and March, so I informed the Chef to keep me posted on another Chocolate Truffles class or any other class that suited my interests- if one became available with full enrollment during the months of February, March, or April. Months went by, and I did not get any follow up from *********** have also tried several times to communicate with a representative from Classpop! to explain my situation using the websites messaging system under General Questions to no avail. No one has responded to any of my recent messages in an attempt to help me resolve this issue. Several months have now expired, and I am no longer interested in participating in a cooking class from Classpop! I am requesting a refund in the amount of $59.99 since I did not have the opportunity to participate and because no one was able to follow up with me after several months.

    I was unable to attend a cooking class due to an emergency the night of. I contacted the chef and she was agreeable to me switching classes but I had to go through the booking site. I have tried to call them, email them (below) and contact them via social media without response. The class was $120 for two people and I just want to attend the class or get a refund. Good morning,I have attempted to contact you via email 3 times, phone 2 times and social media 2 times. I have been attempting to contact you since 11 January 2023 without response. I would like to reschedule my class which the chef agreed to. If I have not received a response in 24 hours I will be contacting the better business bureau for a solution. This class is something I was very much looking forward to and it was not cheap. I would like to either reschedule my class or get a refund.
