    This company is a scam. We used them once to help with some copy and suddenly we ended up on a $199 subscription. After four months noticing this, we complained and they agreed to give us credit for the months (not a refund) and confirmed, in writing that our account subscription was cancelled. Fast forward six months later and we notice they started charging us AGAIN for a $199 subscription, when we have IN WRITING their confirmation to cancel. They agreed to refund us two months, but we're still left with almost $1000 in funds they took from our now canceled card. What a hassle. Horrible people, no management, they ghosted our team when asking for more info and to be put in contact with their CFO and have yet to reply to any emails. We've filed claims with our credit card and are planning on taking more legal action.
