    I was so excited to start my program in ***************** through the *******************. In the beginning I noticed that if I had a question about an assignment the response was always delayed and once, I did receive a response it was always did anyone respond to your question. On June 24th, 2024, I turn in my final project and took my last test. I also made it a point to email my instructor just to make sure everything was completed she emailed me with a "yes". I returned a couple of days later to see that my final grades were entered and it showed that I passed and even received a congratulations from the college. I patiently waited for my certificate to be mailed to me and after a few weeks I contacted my instructor to inquire about my certificate. The instructor responded with "you did not pass". I am so glad that all of my friends and family received a copy of my grades and the congratulations from the school. I explained I seen my grades, and she stated, "pass does not always mean pass". I went back to the portal to see my grades and it no longer showed complete and it no longer had pass even the congratulation is even gone. I don't know why this happen to me and still in shock that this is legal.
