    My fathers funeral is this Friday. We have been calling for weeks and its been radio silence. They took our money and has not responded to a single request for an update. We have no idea if his ashes will be ready. No update on where his body is at. Whether hes been cremated. We know absolutely nothing. I cannot believe the level of cruelty this business possesses during a time when we are grieving and trying to get his affairs in order.

    Its been 3 weeks and Ive been calling for Days with no call back. I was told Id get a call back 2 days ago. Ive emailed and called and no one will call me back or give the status of my Sister. Do not use this service.

    Our son passed away from a accident. He never regained consciousness. We called Tulip Crematorium for there services. They were very courteous and explained every thing . We lived ***** miles away.. Tulip kept in contact with us each step of the way. They did everything they said and more very satisfied.

    It turned out to be a nightmare and continues. I had asked to have ashes split and sent to me out of state and my brother where the memorial is to be held. They sent all the ashes to me out of state and then have continued to make the process complicated and painful. I immediately called and let them know, I spoke to someone who said they would get back to me the following week. after a week went by and no word, I called back and continued to get the run around. It is hard enough to lose a loved when and to have the people whom you have hired to help you through the process mess up and not take ownership for the issue. Then asked to "Forward" an email to verify someone had approved the option...horrific situation.

    We have been in touch with the family and apologized for any miscommunication and are working diligently with the family to get their loved one back to ********** where services will be offered. We are in the process of sending an overnight shipping label so the family doesn't incur any additional expense during this process. We sincerely apologize in the delays

    My experience with Tulip reflects these other reviews, and the bad taste is still there from the time my wife passed away in Feb of 2019 and here it is 2022. I was believing that the provisions were made but they werent and in fact in hindsight I shouldve dropped them at that point, but I was lead to believe that my already giving my credit card to them was enough. Hospice was already in control of the situation but could not get Tulip to respond they recommended that I pick another serving provider from a large list that are reputable. My mistake at that point the body was kept at a mortuary 25 miles from here after waiting all day for Tulip to get their act together, then after 2 weeks the remains were sent to ******** for Cremation. The sad part is not knowing what or whose remains were returned to me. Just save the heartache of using this Company and use an organization that has a good reputation.
