    On September 19th $499.99 was withdrawn from my checking account for Norton Antivirus. I could process my refund. Why I did this, I don't know! Then they wanted me to use a credit card to give them I called them to tell them I didn't want it. they wanted me to go buy a gift card in the amount of $499.99 so they could process my refund. Why I did this I don't know! They wanted me to use a credit card $2000.00 to send more. I said no. Supposedly I was supposed to get my money this morning. When I didn't, I called them back. By now I have 5 overdrafts. Now I was told I needed to have a zero amount of money for it to go thru but I needed to send them another gift card $500 or $600 because the amount that was coming was more. The original number I called is no longer working it is either busy or no longer in service. I had *****'s personal number ***************) so I could send him a picture of the gift card. My statement from my bank shows the name HIFG *************)
