    No communication and no curtains. Almost 1 month after purchase. On their website it says "2-3 day shipping", but it is more like 2-3 years really. It is just curtains for a bedroom, it is not a curtain set for a whole theater or something like that, but just a bedroom curtain so it should not take that long. I need to know how can I get my money back so I can go to a physical store personally and just buy the curtain like I should have done in the first place.

    The thing is that all our products are handmade to order as indicated on our website, thus we usually take some additional time for manufacturing. The website also allows to choose the shipping method: standard (5-7 business days) or expedited (2-3 business days).

    We see that order #***** was placed on July 6th and the standard shipping option has been chosen (5-7 business days). We've already contacted the client directly via email, sms, and phone regarding the actual status. The order will be dispatched tomorrow with expedited shipping at our cost in order not to make the client wait longer and in order not to affect the total standard order lead time.

    We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused by the slight delay in the manufacturing.
