    On January 6th I registered for a conference for March 20th - 22nd and ordered 2 T shirts and a coffee mug for the conference. By the first week in February, members attending the conference were notified that there is a problem with the vendor and if we had not received our order, we should request a refund of the shipping and handling costs. I received the coffee mug from this vendor and when requested the refund of the shipping/handling i received that as well. By the first week in March, I still had not received my T shirt order. I reached out to the leader of the conference and he suggested requesting a refund and recommended another vendor. I placed an order with the new vendor and received my T shirt withing 3 days. As of today, (March 27th), I still have not received the T shirts. When I first requested the refund, they stated in an email, it would be 3 - 5 days to be processed. I have sent numerous emails to the customer support person ****** and now he is not responding to my request nor have I received the refund. I tried to go online to find out how much they owe me, but because they canceled my order, it is no longer in the system. My order numbers were: ******************************
    ******************************. The request number from my many emails to them is: Request #******. I also went to the main site to send a message on Tuesday, March 25th and have not received a response from them either. The T Shirts were $25.00 each, for a total of $50.00 Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    This person ******* is relentlessly harassing me through email from the spring company. I unsubscribed half a dozen times and emailed them asking them to stop and then they just started emailing more. Im very sick and expecting emails from several doctors. This is severely impacting my physical and mental health and worsening my chronic illness
