    I've completed a few studies with this company. The first two were paid with no problem. My 3rd study from April 2024 has yet to be paid and it is now June. Their policy is to pay within 24hrs of completion, Their customer service is nonexistent. They have an email setup for support but never acknowledges or responds. Their phone number does not connect. This will be the last time I work with Mindswarms or Fabric. Respondents/Participants should not have to go through numerous attempts to try and get paid. This is bad business.

    I completed a study and was supposed to be paid 50$ within 24hour period , I got a email saying that I had to re record but the email was addressed to a ****** and when I clicked the link to re record it just takes me to the page that says I have completed the study and I should be paid on my PayPal within 24 hours Ill attach screenshots and screen recording if I can
