I work for a nonprofit and we do grants through ******* every year for a bike donation program for kids during Christmas. ******* changed their platform in applying for grants to include Deed and ******. There is an onboarding process with Deed and I signed up for it but it never happened. I've gotten a ******* store to agree to donate funds for a holiday bike build but their partner affiliate, ****, requires me to onboard before I can apply. So, I've reached out to Deed to further assist me. They've asked me to reach out to ******* or ****** to assist in the Deed onboarding. Both customer service departments have told me they don't manage Deed's website or their onboarding process. ******* only manages *******'s website. ****** only manages ******'s website. This makes sense. Not sure why **** doesn't manage Deed's website. Anyways, I've been reaching out to them again and again and they are ignoring me. They are supposed to take me through the onboarding process as required by ******* for them to partner with Deed. Deed is not doing this. This has gone on for over 2 months and no progress has been made. I want to talk with a Deed expert on the phone. My problem could probably be resolved in 5 minutes but they don't respond to me. I could share about 2 dozen emails from them but they all say the same thing: "Hello ******,Thank you for reaching out to Deed! Our team is here to help make your onboarding process as smooth as possible. Our team will get back to your email ******* the meantime, please share any relevant screenshots as well as your organization name and ID (EIN, NCES code, etc.).Warmly,The Deed Nonprofit Success and Support Team"I will respond to this email and they will reply back to it with the same exact message, still asking for the organization name, EIN number, and screenshots even though it's already in the replied email they are sending me. I point this out to them in my response. It just seems like they aren't trying.

We are a non profit that is required to sign up through this company. The company is very non responsive and provides so much different variation of confusing of information. They require that you are verified through ****** before you are accepted. This is outrageous and causes much problems if you already have an existing ****** account. Recently an attempt to sign up resulted in a part of the name being truncated and they have failed to respond to many emails and the deadline has passed. Anything they require to see that the name was truncated can be provided and has been emailed to them already more than once. There should be NO REASON to use PayPay anyhow to verify anyone.

    Dear ****,

Thank you for reaching out and allowing us to address your concerns.

After a thorough review of your case, I can confirm that our team has provided all necessary information to support your organizations onboarding with Deed, and we have responded to each of your organizations submitted tickets. To participate in ************** Good program, ******* requires that all nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations maintain an active, enrolled ****** *********** account. We have communicated this requirement clearly in our previous responses, along with guidance on how to complete the enrollment process. However, the final decision to complete this enrollment is up to the organization.

Weve also confirmed that there are no issues with the account names between Deed and ******; the only outstanding requirement is the organizations enrollment in the ****** ***********. Please note that there is no deadline to complete this enrollment, and it may be done at any time.

As noted in our prior correspondence, onboarding into the ******* Spark Good program cannot proceed until this step is completed.

If you have additional questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Were here to help.
