      I was delivered the wrong food and they refused my refund. First they denied i ever ordered from them. It is ALWAYS an issue with Caviar/ Door Dash. I just want my $30 returned.

      If I could give no stars Worst customer service!!!! Placed an order 6/9/23 never received order and Ive reached out and have ****** denied a return. Will never do service with caviar again and will not recommend them!

      Tried to buy gift cards. Go to site. Log in. Click on "buy gift cards". Message comes up "looks like you don't have access to this site" ????? Try chat support. Get 2 idiots. The first one can't figure it out, passes me on to the second one. Second one takes 10 minutes to join chat and ask me for my email, then deactivates the chat before I can send it. I try calling. Get another idiot who says they have a team that handles gift cards and they will call me back. LMFAO - this is the most pathetic excuse for a company ever - what company does not want customers to BUY THINGS. What a total waste of time. Deactivating my Caviar membership and won't ever be back. Why would I want to gift anyone I actually like with this c*** service!

      They marked up a tip I paid to a restaurant without telling me and when I asked why they gave me the escalation and dump your call runaround. I paid for the kitchen to get a prespecified tip and they charged me more and kept the difference.Pretty sure this is covered by the interstate commerce clause since it all occurred on their app on the internet.

      If I could review Caviar with a negative rating it would be most accurate. I am as of today done using this food delivery app service because of extreme price gouging! Today I notice they are automatically adding a 15% charge they justify by claiming it helps them to run their app efficiently. This is on top of the usual taxes based on the total cost plus a mandatory driver fee & on top of all of that their system defaults to an auto calculated driver's tip (diff. from the driver fee). And that tip is calculated on the total including taxes. The BBB needs to investigate Caviar because they are truly taking advantage more and more of the public!
