    I made a smart choice by picking American Design Studios for my business. They're really good at making websites and always make sure I'm happy with their work. I'd tell anyone needing a website to go with them for sure!

    So I want to start this off by saying you do get the product that you pay for. Is it great? No. Honestly, it looks like minimal effort went into it and the whole process took well over two weeks. They're not responsive unless they're trying to sell you something. They will try to get you to spend as much money as possible. I had to stand my ground multiple times and be incredibly ***** before they left me alone. At the end of the process, they tried to convince me the logo had to be trademarked (for a thousand dollars), and then that I needed a whole website. They would not leave me alone until I basically demanded it. Then they accused me of not understanding how business works and made me feel like an idiot. They also upcharge you for everything, including a file with a transparent background. Yes, I ended up with a logo I like (again, you have to be pretty aggressive with them to get to this point). No, it was not worth the experience of dealing with them. It's also true that they don't provide you with any receipts or invoices.

    SCAMMER ALERT! This company sends you a policy NOT a contract that is signed by both parties. Red Flag #1. You pay them for services and at first everything seems fine. They do not send you an invoice or receipt you have to ask for it Red Flag #2. Since theres no contract they make up rules as they go. I paid this company $1911.00 for logo and website design. The logo was great. Web design which included them registering the domain name was subpar. Lots of spelling mistakes. Different fonts size and style. Very armature. Wasnt impressed but I kept working with them Becuz I paid them. Then out the blue another policy fee $350 to register my logo I was told it was required by law. So I paid. Turns out that was a lie. The. Another policy out the blue. I had to pay them $500 to keep my developing website on their host or transfer it to another host like go daddy. I found another host and then this company reduced their price and ensured me their hosting services offer more for less. They wanted $500 within 2 days of this new policy I didnt have it. So we settled on $150 and I pay balance in 2 weeks. However then the late night phones calls to me cell. Harrassing me like bill collectors. The last straw was them calling me at 9pm after I told them to email me. I advised them I no longer want the website. Just give me control of my domain and we go our separated ways. This company will NOT transfer my domain name. Saying it takes 60 days! They use Namecheap to register YOUR domain. They do not register YOUR domain under your name and they will NOT transfer it either. Since you have NO contract with them. Theres nothing you can do. They take your money. Play with you a bit. Then get aggressive and go silent when you become dissatisfied. Total scam! Im out almost 2k with nothing to show for it. Please find a REAL company and please make sure you sign a contract!

    They will keep asking you for more money, dont give proper receipts, claim *** will fine you if site isnt handicapped accessible, more money for security so you dont get hacked, it never ends Intimidation, gaslighting, and threats to shut down site if you dont pay bogus charges.

    BEWARE!!!!! This company operates very much like a total SCAM! Misleading practices to lead you along and then keep asking for more and more money. I started with a logo and then was talked into doing a website. It's been a nightmare. 3 months of wasted time, hundreds of dollars wasted and nothing to show for it! The information given has changed time and time again - doesn't always match industry standard and they keep asking for more money. They lead you to believe everything is included for a one-time price only to try and double the price before actually providing a website! READ THE COMPLAINTS HERE - you will see the same pattern from other consumers. Biggest waste of my time and money. So sad that start-up businesses are being taken advantage of by people like this. They promise 100% money-back guarantee, but then they don't actually honor it. The logo I was provided looked fine, but then 1.5 months later when I went to enlarge it - it had noticeable defects - like a white scratch going through the WHOLE ENTIRE IMAGE. When I let them know they did not even offer to fix it - they just told me it was because I wasn't pulling it up in the correct software program - they have excuses and talk offs for everything. STAY AWAY!!
