    Good Morning, OneShop is an app that helps post items on 4 different online platforms such as ***** Depop, Mercari, and Poshmark. In addition, if a item sells on one platform it will delist (take it off of the marketplace) that item on all of the other marketplaces On May, 22, 2024 I reached out to OneShop to tell them about a problem with one of the apps they supported, it was not delisting items that sold on other platforms. I got an automated response says that it would be fixed. On July, 1st 2024 I posted to the ******** group, is depop going to be fixed soon? Its been longer than a month. Which soon got censored and the post got taken down. Again, I got another automated response from the company. On September 14, 2024 I wrote a very long ******** post about how now in addition to ***** not working, another one of the apps (mercari) was not working. Which again, got censored and taken down and again, was met with a seemingly automatic response. Multiple peoples posts on the ******** groups get taken down if they even mention any problems. Multiple people have also said that we deserve some kind of refund and there has been no response from the company.And now February 27, 2025, ***** still does not delist and only sometimes posts items you have posted to other platforms, and there are still problems with mercari. I want a refund for all of the months that ***** has not worked. This company has almost ruined my business multiple times because of these problems that are barely getting handled. The first month I lost $2,000 in sales on ***** because it was not delisting items, and I was having to refund multiple people a week. OneShop used to be a great app, but early last year there was a change in CEO, his name is **** *****. In true scumbag CEO fashion, he has continuously lied about things getting fixed, and when they do get fixed the same problem happens in a week Thank you for your time

    On January 12th I have reached out to oneshop in regard to a large portion of the app not functioning. I have contacted them each day to see if this issue has been resolved. they have not resolved the issue and continue to bill with no adjustments to billing or refunds. this is a issue that has gone off and on for 3 years. they market the app saying it will cross list for ecommerce platforms. often times the app or portions of the app is not working. I always reach out to see about billing credits seeing that the app is not providing what is being advertised. it very much seems that they just take our money and don't work on portions of the app/business tool they market about

    September 2024- Current Reoccurring cost of $45 monthly. Broken features that are apart of the monthly cost. Depop linking/listing/delisting has not been functioning for 4 months or more. As of this month January 2025 my account will not do a major feature of delisting/relisting. I have given the tech support many requests on many opportunities. With no results.

    I have worked with Oneshop for a couple years now and have seen a steady decline in the service. Im paying $45 a month for only a couple features to work. The majority of the products and services do not work and the company absolutely refuses to do anything about it. There is zero communication, no accountability, no solutions, no support, no customer service. Im being completely robbed and so are each and every other person who pays for these services. The company has a history of not providing any partial refunds no matter how warranted those refunds are. Certain features like platform integration capabilities and in-app features that were specifically created by the company themselves do not function properly and havent been for months. My money is being outright stolen. The most unprofessional and inefficient company *** ever had to deal with.

    OneShop continues to fail to provide the services it offers and its members pay for each month. When asked for a refund they simply tell people to cancel. They have a great idea but cant execute it properly and are horrible at customer service. Their app has been down for about a month now and still will not fix it 100% or give anyone their money. The amount paid to the business is $45+ Per month. The (+) is for a drafting service they also offer
