I am 14 I have a cash app and PayPal account and recently PayPal tried to charge me $148.42. witch I didn't have enough money for. I did look at my PayPal and no charges were made so either PayPal tried charging me the money or someone got my card and requested money to be transferred to they're PayPal.Initial Complaint

The response I received back was to respond to this email if I wanted to confirm that I want a refund and cancellation. There is no way to confirm this except to reject the response and keep it open until I know that is in fact what is happening. So yes, please refund the money and cancel the subscription.
