      I went through this business of July of this year of 2024 I went to their VFS website and completed the task that was asked by booking my appointment online and paying for the fees their site kept crashing and did not give me proof of my payment I had to contact them by email to get the transaction ID and there was told to make a cover letter to prove that I paid I never received shipping labels because once again the site crashed and had to pay an additional fee for shipping I sent the paperwork off it was returned to me with them saying I didn't pay them even though I sent them a bank statement and proof of transaction ID with a cover letter then they told me I selected the wrong Mission which is impossible is it will not let you continue if you do that. The company is completely ripping people off and stealing people's money and I'm going to get an attorney because I'm not having nearly $300 taken for me. They are stealing money without finishing or doing anything. I have contacted them by email but no one is answering and you cannot call them because they charge you nearly $3 a minute. This is inappropriate and unfair practice they are stealing money and acting as if the customer is crazy. Since they do not want to issue a refund even though they said they will because they rejected my application even though they said they didn't pay me at the bottom of my letter they say we're going to refund you I have not received anything it's been nearly a month. I don't know what's going on with this business but they're getting reported and I will have this investigated even if I have to go to the news. They are charging people for a service that we've already paid for therefore we cannot get anywhere else because they're holding us hostage with more money. They also lost documents that proved I paid them along with my bank statement that I gave them. I will report this to the proper people. They are thieves. Don't trust them.

      I have used VFS **** services once before, I am attempting to use their service again, there are no other alternative ways to get a **** so I am stuck with VFS. My login is not working, I have tried every link on their website: forgot my password, activate my account, and file a claim for support. There is no response from VFS, even after my claim# was confirmed in an email response. It has been 2 weeks of trying, wondering if their system has a bug, giving it a few more days, searching for a phone number call: all with no response. It seems like their login page is simply not working because nothing ever happens. This is a huge issue because I HAVE to get a ****, and i have no other way to do it.

      I recently used the *** Portal for services related to ***** from ******* and encountered a concerning issue with their billing practices. While navigating through the payment process, I was surprised to discover an additional SMS fee had been automatically added to the final charges without my consent or prior notification.This surreptitious addition of an SMS fee without any opt-in option is a clear violation of fair and transparent billing practices. It's deeply disappointing to see a service provider of ***'s stature resort to such tactics, manipulating charges without customer consent.What's even more concerning is the lack of response from the missions despite reporting this issue. I've reached out multiple times, yet there has been no acknowledgment or resolution offered.*** Portal, as a reputable service, should prioritize ethical business conduct and ensure transparency in all its dealings. Customers deserve the right to make informed decisions regarding additional fees and charges. This incident raises serious doubts about their commitment to fair practices and customer satisfaction.I urge *** to rectify this issue immediately, refund the unauthorized SMS fee to people forced to pay the fee and implement measures to ensure such practices are not repeated. Transparency and ethical conduct should be the cornerstone of any service provider's operations.In conclusion, potential users should exercise caution when using *** services, as undisclosed fees might be added without their consent. I hope my feedback serves as a catalyst for *** to reconsider its billing practices and prioritize customer trust and satisfaction.

      They need to be investigated. This is a scam. VFS lost my kids documents for a ***** Then they asked for the missing documents as if they were never sent. There was no way to even get any information from them till you pay. So on top of paying $$ to get the original notorized forms and ***** to them, I paid $$ to get a clear status of their lost documents as you need to pay them close to $3/minute just to talk to them, and again $$ to redo the notorization and the *****. The agency responsible for the mistake, VFS , took no responsibility and profited from their errors at the cost to the consumer.

      If I can give 0 I would. This business is managed by incompetent people. It's a mess going into the office to get a ***** The customer service line is never answered. It says business is open but then no one ever answer. It's extremely slow to process **** and doesn't honor the *** (15 days).
