      Ive been using this TextMe app for over a year. I have used many texting apps in my days. This app, by far, is the worst possible texting app there is out there. The bugs, flaws, ads, dear GOD the ads. 1. The App Owner/Developer allows (CP) C**** P********** ADS! of LITERAL children! When I reported these, I was told nothing violated their terms. You cant click ANYTHING or backspace without an inappropriate ad popping up here recently. You cant even finish typing a single text without having to watch a minute ad. Its only gotten worse over time. I had 3 ads pop up while typing a 14 long, worded text. 2. You cannot make phone calls. It will maybe ring if youre lucky, but when you answer, itll give you 10 seconds to talk before it cuts out and goes mute. I assumed at first it was my WiFi, until it happened at 4 other places on their WiFi. 3. If you use the application as intended, you know, which is to text, if it deems youre texting too much it will randomly, multiple times a ***, **** you as spam. When this happens, you cannot send ANY texts in the middle of important conversations OR receive them.4. If youre lucky enough to receive your text as intended, it will break up long texts, scrambling them, sending (parts) of them out of order, leaving you to figure out what comes first/to sort it.I was going to purchase the plan this app has for verification this week until the spam thing started happening all day, every day. Im so thankful I never wasted any money on this horrible TextMe app, just a lot of time, energy, inconvenience. Since I am finally switching apps for the first time in over a year, I downloaded all texting apps my IPhone 13 supported, this by far was the most expensive rate than all the others which is INSANE due to the bugs, flaws, inconsistency, this app has, and it only gets worse! The only reason I havent switched sooner is due to not being able to keep my number.

      I have reached out to this company numerous times with zero response! My phone number for them hasnt been receiving texts and all calls I attempt to make have been dropping for two months. Ive been paying for a service I have t been able to use and they dont give a ****, Ive been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks, and all I get is the automated response back. They are stealing money from people and not providing the services promised. They have no phone number and only the option to submit a request through email. This company is a complete SCAM do not use!! I want sometime from this company to call me and stay on the line and talk to me and ********

      They have charged me for a premium service but their voicemail service does not work properly! Every time I set up a custom email it always has this generic voicemail on it that wont update to my custom voicemail. Then the company starts ignoring me and the issue abs just sends back automated responses. They are scamming me!! Im now having to reprint business menus and cards due to me putting a number from their company on them and now I have to get a new number!

      I have been requesting my accounts conversation history for over a month. They send me a link that redirects me to a page without a login for ****** users. When I correspond with an agent via email, the person says the problem has been solved and never offers any solution. It's online gaslighting, and I have reason to believe this company is deliberately withholding my conversation history and contact information, to avoid incrimination.

      there are some nice features of this app. But definitelly clunky. I have been blocked from teexting but I only send out two oor three texts mmost days and no more than five or 10 on an usually busy day. This is not abnormal aactiviity.. I tried working with customer support on ticket number *******. But they said they can't reverse the blockk. I am a paid member. This is a way to prevent spam, commercial messages, and harassment.We are aware that sometimes the system blocks regular users too and we are sorry for that. Unfortunately, we have no way to manually override this block.       I have been using what was a free service from Textme. If you use it a little bit you receive it for free. But somehow I was getting charged for when it was suppose to be free. Then I canceled it and started over again with a new phone number. Nothing happened and got charge for that when I don't have phone number or service. I attempted to straighten it to no avail. Now I am being charged 3 or 4 times a month for the service that I don't need or even received. It is such a mess at this point that I contacted my bank to dispute all charges. They could not help. I am very disappointed at this as it was suppose to be a simple thing which now turned into a big complicated mess. I was charged 11 times for $7.41 each between May 2022 and August 8, 2022 which seems an awful lot. I need all of my money back. I only wanted the free service and never wanted more than one phone number.
